Lava Fitness Studio is starting to take shape. So far we have managed to clean up and remove the remnants of Dani-L Boutique and gave the place a fresh paint job. Floors have been cleaned and now we are waiting on our mirror install and Micro delivery. Hopefully we will see more progress next week.
Lava Fitness is Ocean County’s first Lagree Fitness Studio. Despite its connotation, the “MICRO” delivers big on performance. While similar to its big brother (the Mega), there are a number of moves which will help strengthen and tone.
