We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your class reservation. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all our students, we have implemented the following policies related to appointments and cancellations.
By reserving a class with Lava Fitness, you agree to adhere to our cancellation policy outlined below. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
IS THERE A WAITLIST?
Yes, and joining the waitlist is always a good idea if the class you want is full. If you join the waitlist and a class slot becomes available, you will be automatically added to the class and contacted via email. Once you are off the waitlist, the cancellation policy will apply.
If you can no longer take the class you joined the waitlist for, please be sure to remove yourself.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Notice Period: You must provide a minimum of 12 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time of your class to be eligible for cancellation without penalty.
Cancellation Within 12 Hours: If you cancel your class reservation within the 12-hour window before the scheduled start time, you will be charged the full class fee.
How to Cancel: To cancel your class reservation, please cancel your reservation using the Mindbody app or via the Lava Fitness app.
Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please reach out to us directly, and we will handle cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
CANCELLATION FEES
“No Show” Cancellation Fee: A “no show” will result in a $15 charge and loss of class for those utilizing our “class pack” bundles.
Late Cancellation Fee: Additionally, for cancellations made after the 12-hour notice period, a late cancellation fee of $10.00 will be applied to your account.
REFUND POLICY
All classes and class packs are non-refundable. All classes must be pre-paid. You will not be able to book or waitlist for a class without a credit in your account.
DRESS CODE
All clients must wear grip socks for their class. Lava Fitness reserves the right to remove you from class if such dress code standards are not complied with.
