Over the course of the past 3 years, Lucy has been actively pursuing her career as a Lagree-Certified Fitness Instructor. She has received her Level 2 Certification and is currently working on her Level 3.

After a trip to Las Vegas for the Lagree Fitness Summit, Lucy made the courageous decision to open her own studio. Being an Ocean County-native, Lucy wanted to bring the Lagree Method to the area she calls home and decided to open Lava Fitness Studios in Normandy Beach.
