The Boxing Club has Excellent Customer Service!Whom it may concern, I have only recently joined The Boxing Club (I have been a member for less than a week). I work at a department store, which demands high levels of customer service at all times. To say that I am very particular about the customer service I receive is an understatement. Every day the staff at the La Jolla location EXCEEDS my expectations of service. I have belonged to a variety of gyms and could never even imagine gym service this impressive. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, positive, and encouraging. It doesn't matter what type of a mood I am in when I enter the door, whether I'm feeling great or grumpy I always leave with a huge smile on my face. I took my first class today from Ron; he was extremely supportive and paid enough attention to each of us in class that he was willing to challenge me when he knew I had more to offer. I would recommend his class to anyone! I cannot even begin to say enough about my new trainer Daniel or the manager, Lawrence. Both of which, greet me every day with my first name and a smile, and go above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied and pleasantly answer all of my questions (regardless of how many I come up with). I talk about TBC so often, I already have friends begging me to bring them along so that they can join. I would consider myself a tough customer to please. In a VERY short time, your staff has won a customer for life! Thank you! P.S. I would have preferred to submit this without providing my name and number, if this can be passed on without my name, it would be appreciated.
