This 20,000 square foot health club offers state of the art strength and cardio equipment (with built-in flat screen TV's), full service locker rooms with steam, sauna, digital lockers and towel service, three boxing rings, a private pilates studio, a yoga studio, a 2200 square foot dedicated jiu-jitsu matted training area enclosed by octagon style caging, a 20 foot elevated octagon fighting cage, two 10 foot projector screens, four HD 50" plasmas, 60 speakers in seven zones, a high altitude training chamber, customized personal training programs,  and a wi-fi internet lounge.  We offer a great mix of fitness boxing and kickboxing classes along with yoga classes,  muay thai kickboxing, jiu jitsu, advanced boxing, MMA, sparring classes and pilates. As a member you have unlimited access to as many classes as you would like, and have full usage of all our clubs in San Diego.
