Cadu won First Place in the Black Belt Master Class at the 2009 World No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu Championship. November 8th 2009

BIO
Cadu was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil and began training self defense and Jiu-Jitsu at the age of 13 with Master Fernando Yamasaki. He soon realized that Jiu-Jitsu was part of his life and as time passed he dedicated more of his time towards his evolution. In January of 2002 Cadu was promoted to black belt by Master Fernando Yamasaki. After which, he traveled around the world training with the best. Cadu has promoted several of his most dedicated students to Black Belt and they continue his legacy around the world.

Currently Cadu is training and instructing at LAVA Sport and Fitness, his students now benefit from this extensive training and unparalleled expertise, he is currently part of one of the biggest Jiu-Jitsu teams in the world (Gracie Humaita) and he personally trains with Saulo and Alexandre Ribeiro, both multiple times world champions.
